horrible service, I made an appt. when I got there 20 minutes early they said "thats strange i dont know why theyd schedule 2 trucks at once." They made me wait and never called when it was done. Took Hours out of a work day, they originally said about an hour. I dont mind paying for 2 new batteries when one was still good, because you need to. What i dont need is them telling me my air filter is bad $80+, Front and rear brakes are both dangerously in the red and refusing, I ran it over to my mechanic who did the front brakes, said the rear had more than half their life left. As for the air filter my mechanic said theres an idiot light on the instrument panel for that and also a physical guage in the engine compartment that shows when you need to change it. Apparently their cracker jack certified mechanics missed that class. I am currently searching for a Ford dealer somewhere that has honest curtious service. They didnt even wash the windows let alone the truck, or vaccumm it. (my neighbors just bought a Honda, their dealership hand washes it even if they just came in with a question, and his wife gets her nails done AT THE DEALERSHIP for FREE) I paid 42K for my truck, (and I love it, it has served me well) Hello!? Can a loyal customer get a little HONEST service!?

Dan the salesmanager followed up with me after our visit last weekend. He told me he would take care of me and he did. Our trade in stalled one block away from the dealership and Dan got his crew to come push to car out of the way. He then gave us an amazing deal on a used car for our son. My fiance and I were in the market for two new vehicles but were having little luck in our quest to find two suitable, dependable, fuel efficient and feature rich vehicles. Having two seperate and distinct personalites and unique style preferences made it difficult to find two vehicles we both liked, let alone to vehicles from the same manufacturer. We ended up purchasing a focus hatchback with the titanium package and an edge sport edition. Gilbert and his manager dan worked tirelessly with my fiance and I to come to a deal which was affordable for us; they both strove to make sure we ended up in vehicles that were equipped the way we wanted and were able to locate them quickly. We are walking away thinking we beat the dealer and they are walking away having made to new extremely happy customers. Donjie gave excellent customer service. Back in dec of 2011 I was interested in buying a second car. With the economic times, needless to say my credit is less than perfect. With that being said, remain very professional and stay on the task at hand, getting me that seoond car. During that time was not able to get the car. However, being the sales professional that he is, he placed in his calendar and asked when it would be a good time to call. It wasn't until late feb. That I received a call fron donjie stating that ford might be able to help me get a second car. With some hard work and alot prayers, but most of all to excellent sales skill of donjie along with my past history with we were to close a deal.
