Hi, I bought a tropid that looks identical to your new good one cost me a330 and is made by miranda. Totally rubbish. I found it was useless when trying to pan even a small adjusment, it jerked all over the place, the same went for tilting, after a few weeks, a screw came out of a leg, then the head fell off, lol. My advice, if yiu want a usable tropid, buy an expensive one . Cheeper in the long run!
